Pre-booking questions

This isn’t possible. We offer a weekend hire where the hot tub is delivered on Thursday and collected Monday. We also offer a midweek package, Monday-Thursday. More information on on hire packages.

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on offering an affordable service. If you’d like to make weekly payments before your hire that is absolutely fine. Remember, we only charge a £25 deposit to secure your booking.

We deliver throughout all of South Yorkshire, including Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley. Please view our delivery page for more information.

All our hot tubs require a flat, level garden space of at least 7ft by 7ft.

We fill the hot tub through your water supply (tap). This can be either hot or cold water.

Filling with cold water it can take up to 8 hours to heat to the desired temperature. A hot water fill is naturally faster.

In order to maintain a constant temperature, the hot tub needs to be connected to a 13 amp electricity supply and the cover should be kept on the tub when not in use.

The hot tub is supplied with a residual safety device (RCD). An RCD is a sensitive safety device that switches off electricity automatically to prevent the water from becoming electrified.

Yes, each of our hot tubs are professionally cleaned to guidance set out by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE). Each member of our team has had extensive hot tub cleaning training by the experts at Clean My Hot Tub, who specialise in hot tub servicing and maintenance.

No. All you need is a standard cold water tap and a standard 13 amp socket.

Our tubs only require a width of 30 inches for access into the garden. Even without external access, we can usually transport the hot tub through your house, subject to you having standard size doorways and minimal obstructions.

Yes. Vouchers can be purchased in denominations of £10. Alternatively if you would like to gift a specific package, this is also possible. All vouchers are valid for 12 months and bookings are subject to availability.

It costs approximately £29* to run the hot tub on top of the hire cost for a weekend. However, if you use eco mode, close air control vents, and keep the lid on, you can reduce electrical consumption.

The average 12 hour heat up from cold is less than £9, and the average daily cost based on an hour hot tub usage plus keeping it warm is around £5, which is why we advise on £29. We recommend to follow the eco mode and other energy-saving tips to reduce the cost of running the hot tub.

*Based on max electricity cost of 0.34 per KWH
